Description
Freedom Palace is in such a quiet place and full of nature that I ended up staying here longer. It is placed in a very quiet area in the hills but in walking distance of the town but you can also hire a tuktuk out to get you up and down the hill throughout the non snow season if you don't like walking. Baba Bashir runs this small place and rents out for 300-600INDR, all with shared bathrooms....he will also cook you breakfast and dinner in the evening for extra.....and invite you for a chat. Set in beautiful surroundings and extremely quiet. The place can be hard to find so is best to ring Bashir so he can meet you in town to take you there. Rock bottom prices,beautiful views and very quiet. Baba Bashir will make you feel at home.
