1. Ner.lu Cafe, Gandhinagar
This boutique coffee shop was established to highlight small and medium-sized coffee roasteries that lack a physical location or a website to sell their coffee. To experience these coffees, Ner.lu has an exploration menu with an evolving list of 10 coffees that changes every two weeks. Come here with your pet, or work from this cafe and tuck into their quiche or crostini to go with your cuppa.

2. Maverick and Farmer Coffee, Halasuru (SUFC Football Ground)
For all the right reasons, Maverick and Farmer has buzz around town. Pick from the selection of specialty brews, which includes their Ol'Smoky, the first and only cold-smoked coffee, and the bubbly Coffee Cherry Soda, made from the fruity pulp of ripe coffee. Also, make sure to order their edgy square burgers and hearty breakfast skillets. Keep an eye on their Instagram feed for fun social events.

3. Trippy Goat Cafe, Cunningham Road
The low-lying wooden tables, outdoor seating under the shade of an enormous tree, the white walls, and a coffee and wine bar evoke colonial vibes. With everything from little nibbles like Double Cooked Fries with a choice of Creamy Dip to regional additions like Pandi Shakshuka and a custom Omelette menu for breakfast, this cafe has it all.

4. Avoke, The Avocado Cafe, HSR Layout
Discover the various flavours and textures of avocado, such as crispy, creamy, and pulpy. This cafe has established itself in HSR Layout following its success in Indiranagar. All things avocado are available on the menu, including toast, open burgers, bowls of guacamole, salads, smoothies, wraps, and even ice cream. For a tasty treat, try the open Avo Burger, or for something sweet, go for the Avo Cheesecake.

5. The Happiness Cafe, Koramangala
Sustainability, a vivid decor, and all things vegan are the focus of this neighbourhood cafe inside Animal Hostel. While their selection of brews, lattes, desserts, and Pudducakes are a mainstay, check the counter for their changing food menus. Order a cup of Coconut Iced Coffee and spend some time reading, working, or making new friends and adding some happiness to your day.

6. Chipped Cup Cafe, Indiranagar
You can get both retail therapy and good food at this charming little cafe located inside a furniture store. It has aesthetically pleasing corners and Instagrammable decor, making it appear like a cafe in Alice in Wonderland. The extensive menu offers European and Italian bites in addition to a special Himalayan Tea menu and other non-alcoholic beverages. Come here for a solo date or high tea with a buddy.

7. Paper & Pie, 100 Feet Road, Indiranagar
Paper & Pie is a new addition to Indiranagar's collection of chic cafes. The white walls accented with flora and the well-lit nooks perfectly set the mood for work. The cafe also features a conference room and a podcast room that can be reserved in advance. Order a Royal Dates Cold Coffee with their in-house Ravioli and you’ll be sorted.

8. ARAKU Coffee, 12th Main Indiranagar
A true coffee connoisseur would adore a visit to ARAKU. At the sensory bar, sample their micro-climate blends. We love how the brews have been divided into the Playfully ARAKU, which includes blends with fruity and floral tones, and the Seriously ARAKU, which includes classic espressos for coffee geeks.
