Our Dream: We dream of a Mewar region which is healthy, sustainable and wise. We wish to provide the most nutritious, fresh, hygienic and tastiest food for all segments of society. We wish to support small farmers and the ecological regeneration of our region. We wish to regenerate our local culture of manwar (hospitality). We wish to spread happiness in the world. Our Philosophy: We believe in the Mewari proverb “Jasso Ann, Vaso Mann” which means that the food we eat shapes our consciousness. We use the highest quality, locally sourced and organically grown ingredients. We share traditional and wholesome food recipes of Mewar that were made by our grandmothers. We We don’t believe in cooking in aluminium pots and microwaves; instead, we use iron, brass and clay pots and pans to cook with. We take care of our customers dietary choices by offering a wide variety of vegan, gluten-free and raw options. We prepare our food with a lot of love and care.
