With the recent additions, the family also decided on opening their own fine dine, rooftop restaurant “Dagla-The Rooftop”. ‘Dagla’, a local Rajasthani word which translates to rooftop is sure to make you feel on top of the world. Besides our lip smacking menu, which is bound to stir your taste buds, “Dagla” has Nahargarh, Gad Ganesh, Mata ji and the majestic Aravalis peeping into your plate. The restaurant is located in the heart of the Pink City, in the famous Haveli Kalwara, a beautiful, well-maintained 250 year old royal Rajput mansion. The restaurant serves top quality dishes from Indian and continental cuisines. The rooftop restaurant has the atmosphere of Rajasthan blended in itself. It is decorated by Shekhawati art murals and gold paintings, making the place ornately beautiful. The vivid jharokhas make the place even more astounding and culturally rich.
