Amaltas, the multi-cuisine, air-conditioned restaurant, serves a wholesome vegetarian cuisine (eggs also) with a delectable taste of home cooked food. Begin your day with the elaborate buffet breakfast with a wide spread of Indian and continental dishes that change every day. Order your meals from the day’s menu of the North Indian fare or the Continental selection or enjoy the Chefs’ special Chinese. Amaltas is proud to introduce the Royal Rajasthani Thali. Experience the culinary flavours of our state - the widest range available on a single palette in Jaipur. Relish Daal – Baati - Churma, lahsun ki chutney amongst other delicacies from Rajputana ensemble. All meals are freshly prepared with very less oil & chillies and under strict hygienic conditions. We have an open kitchen, and guests are welcome to have a look inside. We make our own preserves without using any chemical additives. The honey used comes from the Litchi fruit orchards of the Himalayan foothills. Bakery-Try our in-house bakery products like cup cakes and cookies prepared using white butter. We also prepare a range of breads.
