KM is a venture started by young entrepreneurs Karan Vinayak and his wife Kanika Karan Vinayak. They have been running one of the Best Indian Restaurants in Australia by the name of Pickled Evenings. The restaurant is located in Tasmania and has been recognized with various awards like Best Asian Restaurant and also Best Small Hospitality Business. Karan Vinayak, after completing his Masters in Information and Technology landed up into hospitality. As he started with dish washing during his academic days, so he very well understands the in and outs of a restaurant. His restaurant in Australia has got unprecedented recognition. With their mission of expansion, Karan and Kanika has now moved to their home town and opened up this beautiful restaurant in West Delhi known as Kothi Mem. The name is inspired by the days of British Raj in India and showcases how their wives popularly called as “Mems” by Indians use to live in Bungalows known as “Kothis”. Combining classic British style of living, contemporary elegance and an intimate ambiance, Kothi Mem lays you a plate full of flavours for urban tastes and needs. The palm lined stairs lead u to three distinct dining areas, The Mem, The Maharaja and The Purani Dilli.
