We are involved in the complete chocolate making process, right from sourcing well fermented beans to manufacturing superior quality cocoa products for chocolatiers and creating fine chocolate confectionery. Cocoacraft Chocolate Factory is where our Chocolate Confectionery is made. We have expanded this to include a shop where you can choose from our entire range of cacao products and confectionery, and a café where you can sample chocolate delicacies and desserts. We are located in the heart of Kochi City on Market Road North-end. A must visit for true chocolate lovers! From crunchy chocolate-dipped cookies to moist brownies, cupcakes and chocolate mousse, find it all here. We also serve waffles, hot chocolate, ice-cream and more - all made from our own range of cocoa and chocolate products. Gifting made simpler! Pick from our selection of superior quality chocolate and cocoa products, as well as pure chocolate confectionery. We have gift boxes of chocolate pralines, bitter chocolate bars with figs and almonds, cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, dark chocolate and peanut butter spread. For the Chocolatier! Cocoacraft Chocolate Factory is also a one-stop-shop for the serious chocolatier and baker. Find pure chocolate couverture, from milk chocolate and 52% dark chocolate to 85% bitter chocolate, in slabs of 1 kg each, and blocks of 15 kg each for the bulk buyer. We also supply fine quality rich dark cocoa powder and pure cocoa butter. We take online orders for Couverture slabs and deliver all over India. Attend chocolate making demonstrations on Saturdays at 11 am. Chocolate enthusiasts and budding chocolatiers and bakers can learn how to temper, mould, and enrobe handmade chocolate confectionery. The Cocoacraft Chocolate factory is open from 11 am to 11pm.
